What was really in the Surprise Soup?
Does anybody know? Carlton? I thought they’d tell us by the end of the episode but they never did.

You’re not supposed to know. That’s part of the joke. Sometimes writers take a prerogative to create a mystery that has no solution. It’s like “Alice in Wonderland”, how is a raven like a writer’s desk? The joke is that there is no solution. Not that Alice can’t figure it out.
