Season finale predictions
Any bets on what is going to happen in the season finale? I say Darla gets pregnant like we kept hearing get rumored.

I bet there will be a cliffhanger but I actually don’t know. My sources at ALP were very tight-lipped about keeping it a surprise so it must be good.

Well, let’s look at the given clues. They brought in a new character to make a point. So why is Darla’s cousin around? What can she symbolize and what is her purpose? This can be a clue.

Yeah especially since the promo just sort of focused on the cousin storyline and not in some other twist. Since it’s not the series finale, I don’t know if it will have anything significant happen.

Emily, I love you but I got to disagree. With the ratings suffering – and especially with promotional campaigns like the convention – I doubt they’ll want to settle it as if it wasn’t part of the bigger cohesive storyline. They must have something interesting to make us (the audience) want to come back for a fourth season, something beyond the immediate.

Yeah but you’ve proven my point kind of. If they thought this would be their last episode, they would give us all the solutions now. But since they don’t want to settle the story, they won’t have some sort of conclusion, like something monumental we were waiting for (like the kiss a few episodes back).

Considering the kiss hasn’t been a major plot point in the last episode, it might just be a treat for the loyal fans and had nothing to do with where they wanted to take the show.

Sepia don’t forget that the finale Papercut really didn’t set up anything for the upcoming season. It was just a good two-parter on its own. Maybe that’s all they’re focusing on is to blow the audience away.

I think that if they wanted to get more viewers, ones who aren’t used to the show, they won’t get sentimental and do something goofy. I hate when a series knows it’s going to end so instead of going out on a bang, they do a clips show to finish it or something focusing on reminiscing about past episodes. It’s better to just do a new arc but writers usually aren’t smart enough.

One of my sources just signed online but he wouldn’t tell me anything except that they did write it assuming they would have a fourth season. So I asked if that meant that it will have a hanger, he said he meant it was written “without limitations or regulations” so now I think it’s just like a regular finale and maybe will be a sort of two-parter to rival “Papercut”. Funny…they both had the same writer and they both focused on Gina (probably ‘cause she can do dramatic material the best).

I can’t reveal him. Then you might track him down and bombard him with messages and right now, I think he’d prefer I be the only one who talks to him ‘cause the last thing he needs is more attention. Plus we’re really close now and he probably doesn’t want to make new friends.
