It’s in the FAQ, Golden. The writer is a huge fan of the band Lincoln Park and they have a song about paranoia called “Papercut” on their debut album, “Hybrid Theory.” Hence, the title since Darla is completely paranoid throughout.

Actually, you’re both right. They took their name from the park Lincoln Park in Los Angeles (they’re an LA-based band).
