California
Hi all. I just found out I was going to California for the summer. Can anyone tell me what sites to check out that they filmed Henry Adams at? Or better yet...how I might be able to get on the set. I know it’s a long shot but doesn’t hurt to ask.
Thanks.

Re: California
You can’t get on the set. It’s invitation only.

Re: California
Actually, it’s not invitation only. It is what is called a CLOSED set. Meaning no one is allowed. However if someone from the production gets you in, they will make an exception.
Trust me – I’m one of the few who actually has gotten on the set.

Re: California
I live a little north of Los Angeles (Valencia, CA) so some of the sites I just recognize. The Santa Monica Promenade was used in a few episodes and that seems to be the beach they use, too. The Farmers Market which is adjacent to the Grove is where they did the fight scene in “Soul Swappers.” And the “Misfortune Cookie” seems to take place at a real food court but I don’t know which one.
Before you judge someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, you’re a mile away and they’re barefoot. |

Re: California
I live in California too and it’s actually the Burbank food court for “Misfortune Cookie.” I took some pics at it after seeing the episode (and got in trouble since we were indoors). Teehee…oops! Also the park scenes are done at Griffith Park in Burbank.

Re: California
Thanks. And where is the actual soundstages located in case they’ll let me in after feeling sorry for a desperate loser from Maine who is loitering outside?
